A nagy sörivók most biztosan meghökkennek, hogy miért kell így elpazarolni a sört. Vagy mégsem? Miért ne lehetne mindenben sör? Egy biztos, a csirkének jót tesz, ráadásul ebben a formában azok is fogyaszthatják, akik egyébként ki nem állhatják az ízét, így hozzájuthatunk a benne lévő értékes vitaminokhoz! 😛

Hozzávalók

2 db csirkecomb
1,5 – 2 dl sör (én barna sört használtam, de természetesen a világos is megfelelő)
só, bors

Elkészítés

Annyira nem igényel semmilyen különleges tudást ez az étel, hogy a legfontosabb dolog, amire oda kell figyelni, hogy jó előre kapcsoljuk be a sütőt 200 fokra, hogy mire elkezdjük csinálni, már jó forró legyen.

A csirkecombokat jó alaposan mossuk meg, majd ha esetleg találunk rajta pihe darabokat, akkor azoktól tisztítsuk meg. Sózzuk, és borsozzuk be mindkét oldalát a csirkecomboknak, majd fektessük őket egy tűzálló tálba, vagy tepsibe.

Öntsük rá a sört, majd alufóliával letakarva tegyük a sütőbe. 40 perc alatt főzzük puhára a húst. Ezután vegyük le a fóliát, és süssük ropogósra a bőrét (ez is eltarthat kb. 40 percig).

Ha a combok bőre szép piros lett, akkor tálaljuk petrezselymes burgonyával, vagy a kedvenc köretünkkel. Locsoljuk meg a szafttal, és már ehetjük is. A szaft érdekessége egyébként, hogy a húsból kisült zsírtól megkocsonyásodik, amikor kihűl.
